The Customer Visits

The customer will be presented with your web page.
Here, they have the chance to view your photos, information, prices, maps and reviews. They will also be presented with a reservation form which is easy to use encouraging them to request a reservation with you.

The Customer Makes
A Reservation Request

Get Instant Booking Requests
An email with a reservation request is sent to you with all the details you require to confirm a reservation. The email is only sent after the customer has initiated a security deposit with their Credit Card. This guarantees that all requests from WelcomeReservations.com are real.

You Confirm
the availability

Confirm or Decline the Booking
You confirm directly to the customer via email if you have availability or not. If you confirm the booking to the customer, we will charge the security deposit from the customers credit card. If you are not able to accommodate the customer, the booking will be canceled and no money is charged from the customers credit card.
The Reservation is now Complete.


The Customer Pays You You charge the remaining 90% of the booking costs from the customer at your accommodation.		We Pay You If the customer fails to show up at the time of the agreed reservation we will pay you the earlier collected security deposit.
