WelcomeReservations.com will initiate a 10% commission online at the time of the reservation. If the booking is confirmed we will charge this amount as a security deposit from the customer's credit card.
The customer will then pay you the remaining 90% directly on your terms. If the customer fails to show up, we will pay you the 10% earlier charged from the customer.
Thanks to this security deposit, you will always get paid.
